My first impression was this might be a chemistry book, in high school Chemistry and I didn't get along that well, but since I wanted to learn about Fermentation, I thought I would make a short time friendship with chemistry once again and see if we can better understand each other this time. But thankfully I didn't have to do that. The author used no big mystery words and explained the whole process in plain English. I am a little surprised to learn that Fermentation is not a complicated process, it is really simple and some of the recipes he shared in the book are very appealing too.
