For whatever reason, Tom Collins mix is very hard to find these days! I used to buy Canada Dry mix and that was the best but is no longer available! I recently found a quart bottle at our local supermarket but it was a fluke and a mis-order that was put into the half and half section of that shelf! I asked if they could order it but was told that they didn't carry it! Being the last bottle that I picked up, they had no trouble selling the other 11 bottles in just a few days! Weird. I'm also tired of walking into a restaurant and ordering a Tom Collins but instead getting a whiskey sour, a gin and club soda or told that they don't know how to make one!!!Polar makes a nicely balanced and refreshing Collins mix by any standard! So glad to find this!!!
