Purchased the mini-fridge for our upcoming basement re-finish and due to Covid/Supply chain issues, it took several months before I could install it. When I went to install, the product was not cooling correctly. Even though I was about a month outside of the 1-year warranty, the customer service rep, Wanda G, addressed the issue immediately and dispatched a tech to take a look. While I was disappointed the product wasn't cooling properly, the customer service team more than made up for the issue by stepping in and addressing my concerns immediately. The mini-fridge is very stylish and looks great in the mini-bar area.
